Manager - Capacity/Slotting Analytics

What you'll do:
Lead a team of data analysts, help to develop their skills in SQL/Tableau and prioritize and ensure deliverables are met.
Manage the current suite of inventory capacity and slotting Tableau dashboards for the network of Fulfillment Centers.
Provide leadership with critical data and reporting around capacity and slotting controls.
Participates in the development and implementation of new inventory storage and slotting strategies.
Develop new capacity reporting around critical areas of the business.
Identify ways to improve picking efficiency by leveraging data to optimize item slotting.
What you'll need:
At least 2 - 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a proven expert level of proficiency in Tableau and SQL.
Proficiency in Six Sigma or statistical analytical methodologies in real-world applications.
Minimum of one year experience leading a team of data analysts with a proven track record of delivering results.
Previous experience with MS Excel, SQL, Python, R, R-studio, AS400, and/or Warehouse Management systems.
Experience in product placement, warehouse design and optimization, and affinity analysis.
Requires good quantitative and analytical skills; this role caters to someone that loves to solve difficult and complex problems.
Experienced in MS Office applications, is required
Ability to work in both a team environment or independently, and comfortable handling some ambiguity.
Able to handle a fast-paced, changing environment workplace
Able to meet tight deadlines while supporting various projects
Able to communicate clearly and boil down complex topics into clear problem definitions with data-driven recommendations that drive company-wide decisions. This role should be able to easily communicate to a variety of decision makers at all levels from our associates working on projects and executing product moves up to VPs deciding on large scale projects, investments, and building designs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
